| Jas offers diamond and cbn wheels in 3 bond systems - resin, metal and electro-metallic - for a wide range of applications. These include; diamond abrasive - material: tungsten carbide, ceramics, glass, granite, marble, dquartz, semi conductors, carbon, ferrite, precious and semi-precious stones; cbn abrasive - material: high speed steels, tools and die steels, space age alloy steels, stainless steel, chilled cast iron, hard metallic materials, ms tubes; resin bond: dry/wet grinding - high metal removal rate, faster cutting, free cutting with minimum heat generation; metal bond - wet grinding - robust and wear resistant. Coolant is a must to dissipate heat so as to avoid loading; electrometallic bond - dry/wet grinding - high and faster metal removal, free cutting and economical; lower grinding costs depend on the selection of appropriate bond, grit, concentration and diamond quality.
