Manufactures an electro mechanical vertical reciprocator, which is used for smooth movement of guns for applying liquid paint or powder coating at various speeds and stroke length to suit conveyor and jig height respectively. The electro mechanical vertical reciprocator is also supplied in horizontal structure for forward and reverse movement of guns. The purpose of the electro mechanical vertical reciprocator from integrated drive systems is to achieve uniform spraying of powder or paint on moving objects by accurate and smooth up and down or reverse and forward, movement of guns at variable speeds. The stroke length and speed can be accurately controlled for increased production and quality coating. Exact stroke length adjustment minimises paint/powder wastage. The electro mechanical vertical reciprocator from integrated drive systems is fitted with adjustable chain tensioner for smooth running. Electronically controlled smooth reversing of the device decrease gun vibration.
