These twin roll forming machinesmachines are single roll forming units, each with containing one pair of steel roll shafts. These high qualityadvanced toughenedtempered steel roll shafts are cantilevered by two heavy-duty tapered roller bearings, widely widespread spaced to assureensure a high long lasting concentricity for the free shaft ends. The height of the upper shaft of the twin roll forming machines is adjustable, thusconsequently permittingallowing tool resetting to make upcompensate for the changes in strip thick- ness or wear of the rolls. The roll shafts of the twin roll forming machines are driven operated by a preci- sionprecision worm gear followed by a set of spur gears. Complete lubrica- tion of the twin roll forming machines is renderedprovided with an oil bath. Hardened chain couplings help to transmit power power transmission from one roll forming unit to the next is by means of hardened chain couplings.
