Indiana machine tools, an iso company is engaged in manufacturing a wide range of machines and equipments for different industrial applications. As part of that, the company offers reduction gear boxes. These are specially designed to reduce vibrations. These are provided with double oil seals on shaft extensions. These reduction gear boxes are offered as single, double and multi stage reduction gear boxes. These are ideally suited for 200 hp to 2000 hp drives, from 150 mm pcd to 600 mm pcd mills and for 50 rpm to 1000 rpm speed. Some key features of this reduction gear boxes are as follows:

Torsionally rigid steel fabricated body

Double hellical gears are made of en-9, 19, 24 quality steel forgings.

Double hellical gears are hardened and grounded.

Amply rated bearings work efficiently at peak loads.

Lubrication lines for the bearings and oil splash system for the gears
