| Hydro-technik industries manufactures hydraulic cylinders. These are produced from cold drawn seamless pipes of st 52/astma 106 gr b and are given the sleekness of 0.2 micron surface finish. The piston rods of these hydraulic cylinders are constituted by heat-treated, precisely ground and hard chrome plated alloy steel, bearing super finish. End-covers, made of steel are properly machined. The piston seals are self-expanding with two side rings of ptfe, which guarantee accurate sealing and very low friction to prevent stick slip motion of the piston. Rod seals are of double-lip design to assure faultless sealing, constructed of polyurethane to provide friction less movement. The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinders is supported by bronz- filled ptfe guide rings which increases the side load capacity. Tie rod as well as welded construction are the kinds of hydraulic cylinders, supplied by the company. Wiper seals prevent entry of dust into the cylinders. Good and consistent quality of hydraulic cylinders are strictly adhered to, through inspection, carried out at every stage of manufacturing. Static pressure testing at maximum working pressure is carried out on all hydraulic cylinders. Specifications: bore - 40-500 mm; working pressure - 210 and 350 kg/cm²; stroke length - up to 7 metres.
