| Hmt`s horizontal cold chamber pressure die casting machine model dc 415 cnd is built with advanced hydraulics and cnc controls to meet the stringent requirements of high production, quality and reliability. These machines come with an adaptive control system which controls injection speed and pressure by providing high consistent shot speed and pressure. The machine is available interfaced with auto ladle, auto die spray and auto part extractor. The cold chamber pressure die casting machine has salient features like integral injection base with the main base for rigidity, clamping system with 5 point optimized toggle system with provision for digital adjustment of opening stroke and centralized die height adjustment, digital setting of ejector stroke and multiple ejection, reliable and advanced programmable logic control system with digital input of parameters, injection speed and pressure profile graph generation to optimize parameter setting, compatibility with water glycol fluid, energy saving circuit with proportional hydraulics, provision for display of locking force, adaptive shot control system for injection speed with high reliability, comprehensive manual and semi - automatic controls for casting aluminum, magnesium, zinc and copper based alloys and ease of maintenance.
