| Hicon diesel pump sets are specially designed to meet the requirements of the agricultural sector and various general uses. Hicon pumps are also more suitable for industrial applications of pumping water. The hicon pumpsets are manufactured according to the latest quality standards to ensure maximum outflow of water at low power consumption. As the delivery being in center, the force is equally distributed thus saving from cracking of cases due to back throw of water. The compact design requires less space as against the conventional pulley driven pumps. The use of oil seals prevents adverse effect when water contains sand particles. The engines are vertical, water/air cooled, compression ignition, four stroke, cold start, constant speed diesel engines having clockwise rotation facing the fly wheel in high speed engines and facing fuel pump in slow speed engines. Fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through fuel tank and felt/fabric/paper element filter. Constant speed centrifugal governor mounted on the cam shaft gear wheel controls speed variation within limits as per indian standard specifications. Statically balanced flywheel ensures smooth operation and longer life.
