Hetal systems offers magnetic conveyor, which is a fabulous way of loading and unloading parts without the reed of forklifts or pallet jacks. The conveyor is mounted vertically as a result of which it occupies bare minimum floor area. The product is simply loaded on the moving belt surface, which takes the material to a required vertical distance for unloading. The articles do not roll on the conveyor belt, they simply stick to the belt and the belt is travelling to desired distance vertically, inclined and in horizontal position as rewired. Necessary magnets are fixed on the ms frame with the help of adhesives. The magnets are covered ss sheet covering and over the ss surface the rubberised belt is moving. Facility to count articles on the conveyor can be installed.
