Hetal offers various types of conveyor like belt conveyors [troughed belt, flat belt, serrated belt conveyors], slat conveyors, roller conveyors, bucket conveyors, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveyors, etc. The company can suggest a right type of conveying system depending on application. Speciality of the conveying systems is that they are designed considering time and motion study with the help of cpm and pert methods. These find application in fertilizer industries, thermal power stations, steel plants, ports and harbours, chemical and cement plants, paper mills, mines, glass and ceramic industries, and food processing industries. Hetal offers belt conveyors with varying widths from 25mm to 1500mm having length up to 40m with variable feed rate.These are mostly used in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, salt, soda ash, alkali plants, radio engineering and light industries. Bucket conveyors are generally used for granular materials for height up to 20 m with varying numbers of buckets and bucket capacity and speed can also be varied with the help of a gear motor.Screw conveyors are made of ms, ss as per the requirements and the size of screw conveyors ranges from 50 mm to 1000 mm in trough sizes with variable pitches. Slat conveyors are with fixed or variable speed, horizontal, inclined, portable, etc.
