Gujarat fabrication pump and compressors supplies oil sealed high vacuum pumps. These oil sealed high vacuum pumps have the following features:
- suction capacity ¼ hp to 10 hp;
- free air displacement 32 ltr/min to 5000 ltr/min [1.2 cfm to 1770 cfm] pump rpm 450 and motor rpm 1440;
- ultimate vacuum of hg 0.05 single stage pump and two stage pump 0.005 [0.1 mm of hg.
Graded cast iron pumps are manufactured from the fine materials specially processed to resist acid and corrosive gases. And aall the parts are precisely machined, micro-finished and assembled to special knowledge of modern design and techniques. These oil sealed high vacuum pumps are mostly used in research institute and laboratories, vacuum distillation and extraction, food preservation and canning industries, pharmaceuticals, chemical and electric transformers for metal coating, dehydration, drying impregnation filtration, degassing freeze raying, lamps, neon and fluorescent tubes radio valves, etc, and many other purposes. The pump should never be stopped when the system is under vacuum. Before stopping the pump air should be admitted in to the pump by means of air admittance value. The opionaloptional accessories includes: vacuum gauge with regulator; pressure gauge with regulator; pressure tank and vacuum tank; air filter; air ballast; moisture trap; non-return valve; manometer with mercury; belt guard; and high vacuum oil.
