Amalgamator for Multiple Products is designed carefully to achieve multiple products. To mix colour, perfume, additives in soap chips, flakes, thin and fine noodles [2-3 mm thickness] to obtain uniform mixing of the colour and perfume. It is achieved by specially designed blades set on a parallel shaft mounted with close clearance in a `U` shaped trough. With the help of specially shaped blades the mass rolls and folds it back to push down the material inside the trough to join the separate layers of mass.
