This is coupled with pressure tank and accessories made to match the system requirements. The control system of mhn is designed and manufactured using sensors, which controls the operation of pumps. The wide range of protections in mhn guarantee trouble-free smooth running of system. Depending on applications, the mhn can be reconfigured for optimum performance. Salient features: separate mcb for each pump prevents damage due to short circuits; adjustable overload protection depending upon motor rating; single phase preventer; low-level alarm system, also protects system from dry running; change over from one stand by to another; allows the stand by pump to be used as an additional pump during peak load; detects dry run [for pump] and resolves it by automatically priming the pump; continuously displays electrical parameters and the load characteristics of the motor when it is running; also provides indicators for mechanical seal failure, priming failure, overload; monitors the "rapid cycle" [length of acceptable minimum pump run time] feature and allows for a manual or cycle reset. This means that when a rapid cycle is detected for a frequency set by the system the pump is turned off and it will remain off until it is manually reset.
