| The result of a focussed presence of over 36 years in aluminium midi extrusions limited midi extrusions is fully geared to produce offers 18,000 tpa of high quality aluminium extruded linears for an wideextensive range of applications. Current the existing capabilities of the aluminium extruded linears include: maximum length - 15 mtrs; die tooling period - 3 weeks; alloys - 1050, 3003, 3103, 6005, 6061, 6063, 6082, 6101; and temper - m. T4, t5, t6, o, h-14, h-18. Product range include: architectural, transport/ top gear, industrial, hardware,luggage, display system, electrical/electronic/heat sinks, irrigation, health care/sub zeo, hardware, luggage, display system, poultry, etc. Quality certification: iso 9001-2000. Advantages of these extruded linears are: in-house facility and capability to develop customer specific profiles; fast turnaround times in die tooling and finishing; superior surface quality ensured by automated handling of materials; accuracy and consistency in profile dimensions, using computer aided design and profile measurement systems; superior surface quality ensured by automated handling of materials; strictly controlled alloy compositions, with spectrometer back up; prime metal billets only - no scrap.
