oil spray unit is only used in the production of fermented dough, snacks variety biscuits. It sprays required quantity of food quality oil over the baked fermented dough biscuits.
the oil spray unit comprises of the following components:
An oil pump with 1 hp motor or size 3/4" for pumping the oil from oil tank three nozzles provided top and bottom of the net.
One ss oil tank for storage and collection of excess oil with filter arrangement provided.
Two immersion heaters of 1.5 k w each for heating the oil in order to reduce the viscocity of oil.
Lk-6 conveyor net for carrying the sprayed biscuits.
2 hp geared motor, control panel with ac frequency controller for varying the speed of the conveyor, and thermostatic control along with the necessary drive switches.
