The maxmech 1790 is an innovative product as well as the first tracked sensor paver in india which is capable of placing pavements upto 9 mt. Width and a depth of 300 mm. Designed and manufactured at the state-of-art plant, it is equipped with the latest and the best components [critical components are all german] making it another winner from the house of maxmech.

This versatile tracked paver is suitable for all kinds of projects like highways, airport, motorways, main roads, rural roads, etc. Achieving a laydown rates of upto 700 t/hr. The application areas include bituminous material layer, cement treated aggregate base [ctab], water bound macadam [wbm], sand & gravel layer, etc.

Engin: high power water cooled turbo charged koel make diesel engine developing 1 70 hp @ 2300 rpm, lower fuel consumption and lower noise level

Drive:

-electronically controlled synchronised hydrostatic close loop individual drives for each crawler tracks,direct mounted two speed [pave/travel] gear box with inbuilt hydromotor on each rugged long crawler tracks with compact welded track frames and replaceable rubber track shoes.
-self tensioning hydraulic system for track tensioning
-exact straight line travel with uniform drive even at varying tractive resistances
-smooth, non jolting steering in curves at a constant preselected speed
-electronic control system for achieving synchronised straight running of track and steering at variable steering radius and speed

Spliter gearbox for pump drive:

Easily accessible pump station positioned on left side of the paver cluster includes pumps for drive, auger, conveyor, ram operation, tamper and vibration

Operator console & remote control panel :

-easy and effortless operation by two operator cross-sliding seats with sliding control panel
-excellent all round vision of auger channel, hopper and outer edge of the crawler unit for comfortable and fatigue free sitting position
-plc base control with lcd backlit display with self-explanatory symbols
-feather-touch key with led

Material conveying & spreading :

-hydraulically folded large hopper of 13 ton capacity
-individual close loop hydrostatic drives comprising hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor and transmission chain for each conveyor
-auger with ultrasonic sensors to ensure uniform distribution of material in front of the screed with smooth start-stop of auger through proportional valves
-uniform emptying of the hopper and dump truck resulting in less manual shoveling during starting/stopping the job
-augers height is adjustable for easy operation of different course thickness and width

Levelling sensors :

-german make automatic leveling systems for grade and slope
-optimum evenness and accuracy levels

Screed:

-screeds with hardened sole plates are provided with eccentric vibrators and tamper vibrators in each section to considerably reduce rolling work and optimize evenness of the paved material
-screed heating by lpg burners with electronic ignition and digital read-out of screed plate temperature for each section
-easy to bolt mechanical extensions for changing paving widths

Trouble free operation :

- easily accessible diesel engine and all hydraulic components
-all major lubricating points and oil drain pipes are projected outwards
-centralized grease lubrication system for the bearings on conveyors and augers
- track roller bearings with life time lubrication
-emulsion cleaning system with flexible hose and spray gun operated by a separate manual pump
