Adaptalok ats, a unique non-metallic flexible conduit system from adaptaflex, uk, provides the ultimate in a single piece fitting with no components to loose, fastest possible fit, while meeting the highest ip rating [ip68 & ip69k] with continuous reliability and integrity assured. The secret of the effectiveness of the single piece fitting is the use of a sophisticated twin shot moulding process that combines an internal conduit seal and face seal washer as an integral part of the complete fitting. Time saved on installations can result in signification cost savings. It is found from experiment that the design reduce installation errors, minimizing the possibility of any future downtime costs. These flexible conduit systems offer fit-&-forget capability to a system. An additional benefit of the fitting is that the internal elastomer conduit seal affords protection to cables, while the proven clip design ensures secure fitment with a simple push, twist, pull-action. Typically suited for use by oems, the adaptalok ats is ideal for use in rail, machine tools, marine, process control & automation system, etc. A full range of sizes is available in straight, 90-degrees elbow, 45-degrees elbow, big bore fittings, with nylon threads, swivel metal threads, unef circular connectors, swivel flanges and couplers. Included in the range are highly versatile manifold boxes, with eight blank sides. |
