The Tank Blanketing Systems is a method of controlling vapour pressure in a liquid storage tank. The main purpose of Tank Blanketing is to prevent air and moisture from entering the tank thereby avoiding roof corrosion.
The Tank Blanketing Systems allows the use of Low Pressure blanket of gas, such as Nitrogen, to maintain a protective gaseous environment above any liquid stored in a tank or vessel. The positive and constant nitrogen blanketing pressure helps prevent outside air, moisture and other contaminants from entering the storage tank thus maintaining the quality of the liquid stored. The Tank Blanketing Systems are applicable in chemical and petrochemicals, refineries and fertilizer industries.

All Regulating valves are Designed as per Site conditions and Sizing as per API 2000.
Soft Seating [Air - Cushioned Seating] and All Regulating Valves are having Class VI Shut Off, due to which loss of Nitrogen and vapors are negligible
Easy Inspection & Maintenance [without removing Valves from Pipeline]
Quality Assured-Each unit is tested at factory.
Effective Guiding [Both Top & Bottom] ensures proper seating.

Pressure adjustment by single adjusting screw.
Rugged design to withstand shocks.
All Regulating Valves are having inbuilt Internal Sensing.
