• Add to Inquiry Basket | Everest blowers designs and suppliesmanufactures and offers twin lobe positive displacement roots blowers. These blowers [expo series] that are specially designed for continuous duty applications, demanding constant flow at varying discharge pressures, such as etp, pneumatic conveying, etc. Various constructional features of these blowers include integral sg iron rotor shaft assembly, relatively low vibration and noise levels, relatively low pulsations, efficient cooling, isolated bearing chambers, rated for continuous duty operation, compact design, capability to take over pressures and surge loads, 100 per cent oil-free air delivery, factory engineered and guaranteed, superior product, alloy steel hardened and ground timing gears, anti-friction bearings, rotary oil sealing, improved base frame design with built-in discharge silencer for low noise operation. The package unit consists of blower, common blower and motor base frame with belt guard, safety relief valve, pressure gauge with ball valve, suction filter assembly, suction and discharge silencer, blower and motor pulley, non-return valve with companion flange, first oil fill, v-belts and foundation anchor belts.
following are the general features of these blowers which include: compact design, heavy-duty bearings and accurately machined tolerances allow high-speed operation, increasing capacity for relatively low unit weight. The outboard position of the rotor bearings allows atmospheric venting between the compression chambers and the bearings, which keeps the gears, and bearings cool and prevent contamination of compression chamber and air, making delivery 100 per cent oil-free.
