| Emco pressmaster offers torcmatic drive ring frame presses. These are ideally suited for heavier blanking, stamping, piercing and forming operation covering a very wide range of sheet metal components. These presses give greater productivity and accuracy because their ring frame construction that has a square bed and slide area enables the use of bigger tools and has the least possible deflection rating resulting in extended die and tool life.These presses are equipped with double reduction drive instead of normal single reduction thus enabling heavy forming operations. For special requirement the possibility of incorporating triple gear reduction for extra deep draw operations is possible wherein the press speed can be reduced to 8-10 strokes per minute with full work energy.The product enables the press to deliver full tonnage at the higher point above bdc for thicker blanking operations as well. Hydraulic jam release system has been incorporated as a standard feature. Slide thrusts are sustained directly by the press frame through bilaterally symmetrical slide guide gibs resulting in longer tool life and high precision stamping. The slide movement alignment with reference to bed is now operator proof and press accuracies remain good for many years. The presses are provided with hydraulic motorised slide adjustment with micro adjustment facility. They have provision for retrofitting of two auxiliary drives, which enables automation for better utilisation of presses. These presses conform to press accuracy standards od jis grade1.
