| Elmech engineers provides electric wire rope hoists in accordance to class i, ii, iii, iv heavy-duty specification as per is: 3938-1983. These electric wire rope hoists are available with 0.5 tons to 50 tons and 200 metres maximum height lifting capacity. The company supplies the electric wire rope hoists with foolproof electro-mechanical brakes superior to electro-hydraulic thrustor brakes operating on conical rotor motor principles. Some of the salient features of the electric wire rope hoists are high torque, crane duty, 40 per cent cdf, class f insulated conical motors for 150 starts/hour and brakes with hoisting and cross traversing motion. The company supplies these electric wire hoists in four basic arrangements like fixed mounted, push-pull trolley, hand-operated trolley and motor-driven trolley type. The electric wire hoists are suitable for special applications in outdoor location, hoist with driver`s cabin, twin hoist for high height or lift or high hoisting speeds, etc.
