| E-square controls suppliesoffers tao range of micro controller based electronic programmable timers these programmable timers are available in four different models whichto suit practically every control application. These state-of-the-art timers are housed in 45 mm wide compact plastic casing with 10 terminals arranged in slots so that live parts are not easily touchable. Available in 110, 230 vac, 50-60 hz and 12, 24 vac/dc. , tthese electronic programmable timers supply provide 5/10 a output contact rating at 230 v ac/28 v dc through electromagnetic relays. A dual colour [red/green] led indicates tthe power on and process time out are indicated by a duel colour led[red/green] . The time setting is continuously adjustable over a range of 1:10. Time and can be set on a linear scale which gives giving ten divisions of the particular range. Model zx-20 is available in time ranges 1-10, 3-30 and 6-60 sec and can also be provided for any other time range as per customer requirement. Models zx-22 and zx-26 come with multiple time ranges and timer modes that can be set with the help of dip switches on the front. The time setting is provided with the mmodel zx-10 has no time setting. This timer is internally set for a specified time in the range 0.1 sec-72 hr as per user requirement. Motor protection relay , which trips in case of incorrect phase-sequence or phase loss, is available in mode zx-10. These timers have a wide field of applications which includeranging from star-delta starter, on-delay, true off-delay [with extra auxiliary contact] interval, cyclic, engine start relay, machine tool controls, material handling sequence plastic and rubber machine controls, process control, down to every sort of control requiring timed sequence. These programmable timers can also be supplied factory programmed [as 4 i/o plc] whichto suit any specific need requiring a maximum of 2 isolated digital inputs and 2 relay outputs enabling highly reliable and low cost automation of small machines.
