| Dahanukar machine tools offers manually and hydraulically operated rotary surface grinding machines in various sizes. Manually operated grinding machines [horizontal spindle and reciprocating table] from dahanukar machine tools are available with maximum grinding length up to 500 mm and grinding width of 330 mm. These surface grinding machines are ideal for tool room operations and various production works where power feeds are not used. The base of the grinding machines is made of heavy duty cast iron, adequately proportioned and the table ways and cross feed ways are of vee and flat type coated with slyway turcite & reg; b material. The column is cast one piece, adequately ribbed. The spindle of the grinding machines is quill type and motorized to escape pulleys and belts. Cross feed is through an precise nut and screw, calibrated in divisions of 0.05 mm and the vertical feed is calibrated in divisions of 0.10 mm. Longitudinal travel is from rack and pinion. The motors employed in the grinding machines are dynamically balanced of 5 micron pack to pack. The grinding machines from dahanukar machine tools are also fitted with continuously motorized lubrication unit that facilitates frictionless movement without wear and tear in the slides. This lubrication unit lubricates different parts of the surface grinding machine, such as cross slide, vertical slide, longitudinal slide, screws, nuts, etc.
