| Cyclo instruments manufactures supplies plain reversible plain plug plug gauges gauges in the range of 0.5 to 12 mm. In reversible gauge element type design. The gauge elements are tightenedfastened by collet and nut mechanism to the opposite ends of a handle. When after after the use when the gauge element decayswears off; , the same could be unfastenedunlocked and reversed in position [inside edge out] to put in use the unused intact inside edge. This enables ensures the user to get double life from one single gauge therebythus saving on the gauge costs. The gauge elements [pins]of the reversible plain plug gauges are 40 mm in length below nominal diameter of 1.5 mm and are in hss. The gauge elements [pins] beyond 1.5 mm are made fabricated from sae 52100 steel and are of 50 mm length. All pins are full cylinders over their entire length. 10 mm of the length of the pin is sufficientenough for holding the gauge pin into the collet. Gauge manufacturing tolerances are provided as per is 3455-1971. Very suitablewith its suitability for deep hole inspection; and with the advantagebenefit of getting double life due to reversal of the pin end after wearing off, these reversible plain plug gauges type of gauges are in good demand from watch makers; jewellery manufacturers; dash board instruments industry; electronic and hydraulic industries; jewellery manufacturers; dash board instruments industry; and general engineering industry.
