| Cyclo instruments offers master setting rings and plain go/no-go ring gauges. These are available in sizes ranging from 6 mm to 315 mm. The blank design is as per is:3485-1983. Manufacturing tolerance of master rings is as per is:3485-1983 and that of go/no-go rings is as per is:3455-1,971. Form tolerances are maintained finer than or equivalent to it grade of the nominal dimension. Master rings are useful to set internal diameter checking instruments like dial bore gauges, three point internal micrometers, and dia-test plugs, whereas go/no-go rings are plain gauges for outside diameters. These rings are made from prime quality material and are stabilised by subzero process in a specially designed low temperature test chamber to keep the dimensions once achieved. Calibration is completed on carl ziess make horizontal metroscope. An accuracy of this horizontal metroscope is traceable to national standards of length through npl. Individual gauge is supplied with calibration report. The company also offers ring gauges for checking piston rings.
