This motor is useful performing in difficult operating conditions. These c.R.I. Energy efficient induction motors confirm to is: 325 & is: 7538 standards. C.R.I.A.C. Induction motors are suitable for continuous duty. The a.C.Induction motors are available with construction features like motor stator made of low watt loss steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in the stator frame; dynamically balanced rotor ensure vibration free and noise free operations; varnish-impregnated windings made of high-grade enameled copper wire; shaft high quality steel, precision ground of ample size to transmit the rated horsepower; and high-grade cast iron machined frame and end shield to close limit for accurate alignment of bearings. This construction of motor frames and usage of quality materials results in high performance and low temperature rise increasing the motor life cycle. In foot-mounted motors, the frame and feet is a single moulded piece completely enclosing motor working parts. The heavy duty bearings of high quality are fitted in housings packed with grease and are sealed against dirt and dust for trouble free operations. All single and three phase motors require an adequate motor protection control panel.
