Being part of these metal parts, the tubular sight glasses is widely used in those application where visual monitoring of fluid flow is necessary. Borosilicate glass is used to manufacture these sight glasses to offer very high resistance to corrosion and great thermal strength and resistance to thermal shock. Sight glasses come with follow salient features:
1. clear, accurate, unobstructed 360o visibility.
2. maintenance free - all welded construction.
3. no threaded tie-rods to vibrate loose.
4. wetted parts are only ptfe and borosilicate glass.
5. can be used in vertical as well as horizontal position.
6. unrestricted full bore flow.
7. adjustable in situ.
8. polycarbonate safety shield available [optional].
9. available up to 6inch nb.
10. available in m.S., s.S. 304/316.
11. available with different flange tables asa 150, bs10e, f, etc.
12. available in different lengths
