• Add to Inquiry Basket | Canflex engineering offers cannon 100 and 200 4s l series form, fill, and seal machine. This is a high-speed single track and twin track machine with individual operation affs system, low operational cost leading to economy in packaging. These machines are design to produce three side and four side sealing on any heat sealable laminated film. The machine has compact design system and is fully automatic. It can be neatly fitted in a small floor space, mounted on rugged angular structure and mounted on castor wheel in low resonance. It has low vibration welded design using high grade material, cladded with stainless steel cabinet. All contact parts are made of stainless steel, smooth and easy to clean and sanitable surface and easy to service. It has solid state heating control system and maintenance free. The machine sealing jaw assembly is mounted with lm bearing and rod for high durability. The photocell control system can automatically adjusted film length, hence saving of negligible film wastages. The self-printing piston filling system gives perfect accuracy with low maintenance and downtime, easy-to-change filling quantity. The machine is ideal to suit any free-flowing and viscous liquids like alcoholic beverages, oil, shampoo, biochemical and pharmaceutical liquids, semi-paste, lubricant oil, etc. |
