| Anand mehan polymers supplies a unique pipeline material, red mineral plastic [rmp], manufactured by uiril taiwan, for use by chemical process based industries. It is essentially ferro aluminium rigid plastic, which is manufactured using polymer as its base material mixed with mineral compounds rich in oxides of iron aluminium, titanium and imported stablizers. Besides being fire retardant and self extinguishing, rmp is a chemically inert compound that is a very good insulator of heat and electricity,. Unlike other plastics, rmp pipes and pipefittings are highly stable against uv rays of the sunlight and thus are usable in over ground applications [exposed to sunlight]. Additionally, rmp pipes are free from rusting and chemical corrosion caused by acidic or alkaline media. The temperature enduring capacity of these pipes is of a relatively higher order [up to 75 deg c] as against pvc pipes, where softening of pipes occurs at 58°c. These work as an excellent substitute for metallic pipes like ms, ci, ac, gi, and conventional plastics such as hdpe and pvc in industries like chemicals and fertilizers, sugar mills, textile units engaged in dyeing operation, distilleries and breweries, effluent treatment plants, paper mills and leather tanning units.
