Following are some technical features of this precision cone winder which include: any particular spindlehead can be stopped automatically at every thread-end or break, as well as at pre-set diameter of takeup package; hard border due to yarn crowding at traverse reversing points is avoided by edge-breaking mechanism. Gate tensioner regulates yarn tension by compensating tension variation from feed-side or due to yarn speed variation. To prevent slubs or knots in the final package, this device also has yarn cleaner. Yarn speed control for constant, increasing or decreasing speed can be achieved. Auto oil level regulation and fully covered oil well enable controlled oil percentage.
