Agni controls offer fire extinguishing sytems. Bala-wa co2 flooding fire extinguishing systems and components from agni controls are engineered, designed, manufactured and procured to meet nfpa-12 / is15528: 2004 standards. The scope of this offer is supply of co2 fire protection systems for machineries as per customer`s enquiry. Independent co2 cylinder banks are considered for this g used to protect specified area as per specifications. High pressure co2 systems consist of 68 litres w/c seamless co2 cylinder to fill 45 kg co2 gas, master and slave co2 cylinder valves, discharge and actuation hoses, co2 frame assembly with manifold, co2 discharge nozzles, fire alarm-cumgas discharge panel, manual ga discharge station, electronic hooter with flashing lamp, discharge warning display board. Cylinder banks consist of required nos of 45 kg gas capacity co2 cylinders. First cylinder of the cylinder bank is fitted with 24 v dc solenoid operated master valve. Remaining cylinders are fitted with pneumatically operated slave valves. From the cylinder valves, ½" hp discharge hoses are connected to the co manifold through nrv. Actuation hoses are connected from the master nrv to slave valve. Required spark and heat detectors along with manual gas discharge stations, external hooter, with dischage warning display board are provided at the entrance of each protected area.
