| Valgro engineers offers cut and polish wheels, an excellent starting point for new generation requirements of medium to heavy deburring. Typical users: manufacturers - aerospace component manufacturers [blades, vanes, rotors, housings, fasteners, airframe parts, extrusions, control surfaces, rocket cans, nozzles, valves, etc. Other manufacturers: hand tools, building and furniture hardware, machinery instruments, surgical instruments, engines and components, formed wire products, aluminum extruders, automobiles equipment, etc. Typical applications: hole deburring on machined or formed parts; deburring of shear edges; keyways; removing wire edges from surgical instrument; deburring stainless steel piston rings, machined parts, gears, auto and appliance trims, aluminum extrusions, gas turbine blades, aircraft wing spares; removing micro burr, carbon and black heat spots; deburring aluminum die-cast flashing; refining surface of jet blade airfoils; removing parting lines from cast turbine blades and vanes; blending coated abrasives scratch marks. Series 6000 wheels: dynamitic improvements in cutting rate - reduces heat and smearing problems; helps clock more parts per hour; and the cushion in these wheels hold sharpness longer.
