• Add to Inquiry Basket | Valgro engineers, a leading manufacturer and exporter of non-woven and coated abrasives, offers hyzer range of filament abrasive wheels and brushes. Nilox-hyzer filament abrasive wheels and brushes are made of 100% dupont tynex abrasive filaments, produced by extruding a mixture of nylon and abrasive grit. They enable users to increase productivity and reduce labour costs in real terms. Applications of filament abrasive brush are: generating specific edge radii on parts; surface finishing, light cleaning; brush finishing on stainless steel, aluminium, brass and other material; removing burrs caused by saw-cutting an aluminium heat sink to length; deburring and creating uniform radii on the edges of cast aluminium, automatic transmission; automotive camshaft deburring and edge radius; breaking sharp edges on machined flat surfaces of cast aluminium, diesel engine intake manifolds; precise edge radii, ranging from .0001" to .008" on carbide cutting tool inserts; removing burrs, breaking sharp edges, blending tool marks; on machined surfaces of cast iron hydraulic components; and finishing cast aluminium wheels. The features of filament abrasive brush are: abrasive grain extruded throughout the filament; consistent quality and ideal toughness; excellent fatigue properties - good chemical resistance; high moisture and heat resistance - excellent stiffness, wet or dry; and 90 percent bend recovery.
