| A new series of rotary vibrators are offered by shakti engineers to meet the requirements of various industries where material handling plays a major role. These vibrators help to empty, ventilate, dose, remove dust, dehydrate, convey, loosen, mix, test, clean, screen, classify, compact, distribute, and feed. These rotary vibrators find their applications in industries such as mining, fertilizers, powerstations, foundries, chemical, pharmaceutical, and foodstuffs. Shree shakti vibrators find their applications in: mounting on construction machines, bin and storage silo plants, dehydration screens, vibrating feeders and tables, conveyors, moulds and fonn-work, surface finishing machines, and crushers. The rotary vibrators have some electrical features which include: totally enclosed, surface cooled units operating on 400/440 v, 3-phase, 50 cycles, ac supply; vibrating frequency depends on the revolutions of the rotary unit; models are available giving a wide choice of centrifugal force, frequency of vibration, mounting position, and insulation. Following are some hardware features of these rotary vibrators which include: sturdy construction; heavy duty bearings for long, trouble-free service; low noise as compared to electromagnetic vibrators; centrifugal force can be adjusted infinitely from zero to maximum; amplitude of vibration can be controlled; and low maintenance due to the absence of belts, pulleys, chains, and sprockets.
