| Productivity elements ltd. Manufactures tel has developed a new series of rigibroach vertical internal broaching machines with hydraulic broach retriever system. The salient feature of these broaching machines is that the main slide as well as the retriever slide for automatic broach handling system slides on integral hardened and ground guideways which . This ensures that the alignment of the puller and the retriever holder are perfectly in line. And therefore it ensures , thereby ensuring the broached bore and the resting face are perfectly square within a maximum of 25 microns. A few of these broaching machines have already been provided supplied to two wheeler/component manufacturers all over the country.
