Cottor international manufactures air density separator, which is an innovative machine and the company`s latest addition to cottonseed processing plant. This machine is a combination of density separator & four-basket beater separator for better operational results & low oil loss in hulls. In the air density separator the
hull mixture with fine powder is feed through regulator feeder and in first stage is separated through spike beater roll moving on basket lined with perforation metal. The screw conveyor in the machine collects this fine meat powder to the oil mill.
then the hull mixture feed to density separator of the uncut seed & heavy meat drop down for recycling process & hulls is separated from top nozzle to hulls godown.
