Ashida electronics pvt. Ltd. Designs, develops & manufactures electrical power protection relays & scada systems. Ashida soil resistivity meter is a geo-engineering instrument and is used for the following:
To find out the depth of the foundation of rock structure and other structural details.
To locate subsurface seepages of earthen dams percolation tanks and canals etc.
To find out the hydraulic gradient of the earthen dams i.E. The depth of saturated [with water] zone from the top of the dam by insituation and nondestructive method.
To locate the best spot for ground water exploration in a given area and the depth of the water bearing strata, merely by surface survey with this instrument, all the above information will be available; without actual digging.
Geo-engineering subterrain fault location
Saline agricultural land - reclaiming - drainage line location surveys.
Pipe - line corrosion prevention surveys.
Ground water - bore well location surveys.
Power substation earthing electrode checking.
