Ashida pachometer is a non-destructive test instrument
Two sensors are supplied as standard accessories.
Sensors are sharply turned balanced coils the output of which is proportional to the mass of the magnetic material in the axis.
Main circuitry has stabilised power oscillators and amplifiers with calibrated gain.
Chart of depth-diameter-gain relationship is supplied with each instrument.
Steel rods are supplied to calibrate the instrument on-site
Sturdy sensors have convenient non-metallic handles & alignment sense-line markings.
0.2 meters long connecting cable between the sensor & the instrument makes it convenient to take the readings in difficult area / situations.
Controls / indicators like gain adjustment knob., diameter calibration knob, calibration set zero knob., `battery check` push button etc. Are included.
