| Elecon engineering company has built-up pinion stand gearbox for rubber rolling drive with two output shafts are placed at 770 mm centre distance diagonally opposite to each other for rubber rolling drive. The teeth of pinion, wheel and pinion stand pinions of the gear boxes are made from high tensile carburising alloy steel, 17crnim06 as per din 17210. The case of the gear boxes are hardened to 60 ±2 hrc and precisely ground to accuracy 6 class as per din 3961-63. The housing is made of fe 410 wa mild steel as per is 2062 has a welded construction with duly stress relieved. The shafts of these gear boxes are supported on anti-friction special roller bearings of adequate size to take care of radial and axial loads and permitting freedom against misalignment. The company supplies these gearboxes for rubber rolling drive installed with forced lubrication oil system with necessary control and monitoring devices for pressure and temperature. The rubber rolling drives of the gear boxes provide necessary amount of oil to various gear meshes and bearings resulting into smooth and trouble free operation. The gear boxes are available with technical specifications like scf 250/770 type and size; 50 hp motor power; 1500 rpm input speed; 34.06 rpm [top roll], 59.60 rpm [bottom roll]output speed and 1610 kg [without base frame]weight.
