| Elecon engineering company has built-up custom built quadruple stage, helical reduction gear box with 1.35 meters vertical input and output shaft for precipitator. The teeth of pinion and wheel of this gear boxes are constructed from high tensile carbursing alloy steel, 17crnimo6 as per specification in din 17210. The custom built gear box are available with 60 ±2 hrc hardened case and precisely ground to class 6 accuracy as per din 3961-63 and the housing is made of cast iron grade fg 260 as per is 210. The shafts of the gear box support on anti-friction special roller bearings of adequate size to take care of radial and axial loads avoiding misalignment. These gearbox come equipped with shaft driven pump to provide necessary amount of oil to various gear meshes and bearings resulting into smooth and trouble free operation. The company supplies these gear boxes with technical specifications like sdv 710/so type; 43.3 kw +40% overload power; 970 rpm speed; 280:1ratio and 10,000 kg weight.
