Elecon has already developed sizes kbv 200 to 250 & kcv 200 to 315 of these type of gear boxes which are used for mixing and blending sand for foundry application. The gear internals are out of case carburising steel duly case hardened and profile ground, enhoused in antifriction bearings. The gear internals and top bearings are force lubricated by built on pump. The labyrinth seal out of phosphors bronze material are provided to avoid any infiltration of sand particles inside the gear box.
A single gear box of twin gear boxes, driven by single motor through common coupling duly mounted with pulley can also be given on the demand.
