This traction machine ensures smooth and quiet operation with low vibration needed for passenger lift applications. The components of the traction machines are manufactured on cnc machines to achieve high quality level and performance. Other salient features of this produce are - mono block housing of graded cast iron, compact dimensions and low weight, high speed shaft made out of hardened alloy steel, worm wheel made out of special grade of phosphor bronze to achieve longer life, brake operating mechanism of electromagnetic type which operates on 200 or 110 v dc and with ease of assembly and dismantling. These traction machines are supplied in completely assembled condition without oil. The oil which is used for lubrication is a particular polyglycol based synthetic oil, which has the speciality of giving the machines an excellent non-ageing stability.
