| Kudale instruments offers precision electronic spring tester. The equipment is designed and built to high standards to provide an affordable solution for the ever increasing demand in the quality control with spring users and manufacturers. Both tension and compression tests can be performed with high accuracy and repeatability in a compact package. The equipment consists of a simple yet robust manual direct drive stand fitted with advanced force gauge capacity 100 kg. The force gauge is a high precision, compact, and hand held digital force measuring instrument. A vernier scale is provided for the measurement of deflection. Alternatively, the scale with better resolution [0.01 mm, range 0 - 150 mm] is provided as an optional arrangement in place of vernier scale. The hooks are provided for mounting the spring for checking the tension of the same. The equipment is designed for a maximum load of 100 kg. The spring of diameter from 3 mm to 50 mm can be tested. We also offer special model spring testers as per customer requirement. The maximum length of the spring that can be accommodated is 150 mm.
