• Add to Inquiry Basket | Elektromag manufactures permanent magnetic lifters with rare earth magnets which is ideal for loading and unloading devices in factories, docks, warehouses and machine tool industries having the power of electro magnets. These permanent magnetic lifters can be the magnets that are used in permanent magnetic lifters are guaranteed to retain their original strength indefinitely under normal use.These lifters operate by only one turn of the levers and the magnet switches on or off making it ideal to handle heavy loads of beams, plates, sheets etc. These permanent magnetic lifters come in seven models with a wide choice of lifting capacities and its special contoured or v-shaped pole profiles allow the same magnet to use for lifting round bars or pipes and flat sheets or work piece. The permanent magnetic lifters only need that the surface should be flat with no `airgap` between the workpiece and magnet. Thin sheets, rough and irregular surface, odd shapes and rust can considerably diminish holding power and must be considered in determining the safety factor. The permanent magnetic lifters function best at normal temperatures.
