• Add to Inquiry Basket | Elektromag`s oaktree single station cnc cut-to-length line is designed to cater to the need of a broad spectrum of engineering industry for their cut-to-length and blanking operations. The unit comprises a single station high speed hydraulic punching cylinder unit with 6 mm stroke, mounted on robust frame to avoid vibrations. Proper engineering tolerances in manufactureing, specially designed cylinder unit with correct selection of best quality seals ensures years of maintenance-free service, while being capable of transmitting very large tonnage at high speed. There are some technical features of cnc cut-to-length line which include:
1]material is accurately fed through numerically controlled electronic roll feed driven by servo motor, feed back through separate encoder roller ensures feeding accuracy of +/- 50 microns even at high speeds.
2]specially developed guiding roller system helps to attain highly accurate feeding.
3]feeder construction is kept very simple but efficient to allow easy maintenance and servicing of unit.
4]motorised out-feed rollers with variable speed allow dispensing cut material at proper speed to be collected in collection trays without damage to the material.
5]machine panel with servo controller and safety interlocks is housed inside spacious frame cabinet for easy access to connections, while operator control panel is conveniently mounted on top end of machine at comfortable height. 6]hydraulic power pack is sufficiently powerful with separate pump and air cooler for maintaining moderate oil temperature. It is mounted on front legs of machine and is connected to hydraulic cylinder and panel.
7]compact design allows shifting of machine without disconnecting hydraulic or elecric system.
