Some general features of these compressers include: dual capacity control system; variable volume ratio control; plc based automation; flexible operation parameters; highly energy efficient; low large plants with varying fluctuating temperatures. Applications: marine, petrochemicals, breweries, ice slurries, food and beverages, chemical industries, air-conditioning, cold storages, fisheries and pharmaceutical industries. Some hardware features of these twin screw compressers include:frick rotary screw compressor units in five high efficiency models, range in capacity from 255 cfm [432 m³/hr] through 689 cfm [1168 m³/hr] at 2950 rpm. Standard units are designed for use on ammonia, halocabon and hydrocarbon refrigerants at pressure ratios up to 26:1. The compact, vibration-free frick rotary screw compressor packages are designed for all industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning requirements. These screw compressors can run for almost all gases like r-717, r-22, r-134a, etc. For other gas applications custom-built packages can be offered.
