The company provides feed milling plants and equipments and fodder processing machines. The other products provided by the company include ribbon type, multi paddle type feed mixers; full screen feed grinders; current type counter, tumble type coolers; sifters of various capacities; double paddle type pre mixers; bucket elevators, screw conveyors, chain conveyors, etc material handling equipment; chaff cutters of various capacities; custom designed feed milling plants to suit individual requirement. The company supplies these pellet crumblers in various capacities suitable for breaking crumbler feed that are used for feeding poultry birds in chick stage. The pellet crumblers comprises of set of 2 rollers rotating in opposing directions at differential rpm with one fixed roller and one floating roller; rotary vane type feeder to regulate pellets inlet into two rollers; and three motors among which one for each roller and one is for the feeder. The pellet crumblers are available with salient features like
Spring loaded roller to make one roller floating preventing any damage to rollers just in case there is a hard large foreign particle coming into the feed.
High quality chilled cast iron made rollers with 20mm to 30mm chill depth.
Helix profile on the both the rollers provided.
Adjustable gap between rollers between 0 to 10mm
Dynamically balanced rollers provided
In-built by-pass arrangement to enable pellets to by pass crumbling process an instead go for packing as a full pellet.
