hardcase india pvt. Ltd. Manufactures counter current type pellet coolers useful for reduction the temperature of pellet from 80oc to about 3oc above ambient. The pellet coolers are available with the operating principle of blowing air through hot & moist pellets columns allowing evaporation of the moisture leading to cooling. The cooling effect of the pellet coolers is governed by air quantity, column of pellets and residence time. This pellet coolers are used for cooling the pellets to the core and not only the surface. The hardcase pellet cooler is a counter current cooler where air current is "counter" or opposite to the direction of flow of pellets. The company supplies the hardcase pellet coolers with combinations of intake air lock; ss construction cooling chamber; ss construction triple grid gate at bottom; and blower with cyclone, air lock and ducting. The company also provides custom designed pellet coolers with dimensions of cooler and volume of air depending upon capacity required and size & type of pellet to be cooled.
