As part of these products, the company offers fused calcia stabilized zirconia. This is specially developed for used in the continuous casting of steel. The mixture of zirconia and lime is fused at a temperature greater than 2400°c to produce partially stabilized zirconia product. Then the mass are cooled, crushed, cleaned of magnetic impurities and classified into desired size fractions. The thermal treatment of grains are thermally ensures uniformity of stabilization. |
