These are used for amorphous or crystalline products with relatively close particle size distribution. Static fluid bed dryers are effective for those crystalline powders, which are easy to fluidise. Vibratory fluid bed dryers provides uniform bed distribution on the perforated plate with the help of air fluidisation and mechanical vibrations.
