| Mahindra engineering & chemical products, a wholly owned subsidiary of mahindra & mahindra group, is one of the leading manufacturers of cable jointing kits and accessories in india since 1965. It is an iso 9001 certified company engaged in manufacturing pre-moulded, precast, push on and heat shrink cable jointing kits and indoor, outdoor terminations for 1.1, 11 and 33 kv applications. The products are cpri tested and approved as per international standards. The company has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Equipped with fully automatic, hi-tech machines, the factory employs world class manufacturing practices. High standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the factory and greatest emphasis is laid on preservation of environment by opting of equiment and processes that are eco-friendly. It has licensing arrangement with abb kabeldon, sweden to manufacture push-on terminations up to 33 kv. For 66 kv and above, it has association with abb kabeldon to market cable accessories in india. The company has has design capability and exclusive r&d department to design the kits as per customer`s requirements and with various international standards. From raw material to finished products, stringent quality tests are conducted at every level of manufacture, to ensure that only a quality product reaches to the customer. A `training centre` provides training to the customer`s staff/jointers on the right usage of cable jointing kits. Product range includes cable jointing kits; push on terminations and straight through jointing kits; heat shrink terminations and straight through jointing kits; tapex straight through jointing kits; kastex terminations and joints; pilc cable jointing kits; lt cable jointing kits; and cable sealing compound.
